Today I went to teh gym to re-set my 1-rep maximums and find out what kind of progress I've made, and to figure out how heavy things get to be for the next six weeks. I made a goal to increase my 1RMs by roughly 20 lbs in 3 months. Well, it's been 1.5 months, and here's what I've got so far:
Bench Press:
February 28 = 195
April 13 = 205

I realized that, since I started doing Jala Neti the sense of smell I've acquired that I thought was just salty and dry is actually the musty smell of the house I'm in, and that now I actually smell things very well. Last week, our martial arts school agreed with UMD's theatre department to do choreography for Il Trovatore, one of the five most well known operas in the world.
